Players' Theatre Club

December 4, 2015

We have re-created the Players’ Theatre Club, and have merged our charitable company (The Players’ Joys) into a charity to provide a wider range of interests in the Entertainment and Educational field,  the resulting company  being renamed Entertainment Heritage.

The revived club intends not only to present shows at regular intervals (see ‘Our shows’, but also to audition, train and provide performance opportunities to new artistes. These new artistes will be able to revive some of the great acts that would otherwise have been lost, had we not catalogued some 5,000 songs saved from the music archives of the original Players’ Theatre.

We plan to include news from our artistes, to give them some additional publicity and also to underline the professionalism that we are able to draw on.
